Sync with watch app doesn’t work well

With the watch and phone app not in sync, the app is not very useful. There doesn’t appear to be a way to force a sync, so you end up with two different totals on each device (with no way to merge them). With the sync issue fixed, this would be a 5 star app for the intended purpose.
